The apartment is the top floor of a 2 family home. The owners live on the 1st floor w/ children. The apartment has a private entry and exclusive use of the upper deck. Quiet is requested after 10:00, no smoking in the apartment or on the deck.
1-2 cats or 1 dog are allowed. Pets cannot be left unattended on the deck or in the yard and must be picked up after. $40 pet rent is charged for the first pet, $60 for two pets.
